When we practice mindfulness and awareness, it gives us a choice, as it allows space in between the thought and reaction.

This interaction, empowers us instead of beating ourselves up, knowing what is not serving us, and make a change.

How?

From the body and breath awareness.
As you move from your center to lengthen and strength, open and listen to the body.
Then with deep breathes, soften, your voices in your head starts to slow down, linger.
.
This is a life time positive and consistent practice and will be ingrained for real breakthrough.
